The Modular Therapy for Youth at Clinical High-Risk for Psychosis (MTY-CHR) model is a dynamic, flexible, yet comprehensive treatment model that allows providers to deliver high-quality, individually tailored services that meet the needs of clients and families in a manner that is recovery-oriented, client-centered, and contextually sensitive.

Developed by CHR expert Dr. Jason Schiffman and the YouthFIRST lab team at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and University of Maryland, School of Medicine, this model has served as the foundation of Dr. Schiffman's SAMHSA-funded CHR clinic.
